A trained architect by education and a jewellery visionary by passion, Rachana R Shah is the creative heartbeat of Jhalak Jewels Pvt. Ltd. Her architectural eye for precision, proportion and beauty translates directly into every collection Jhalak Jewels designs and manufactures. Rachana leads the creative direction — from initial concept and CAD design to final aesthetic approval — ensuring every piece reflects the brand philosophy of designing beyond trends. Her dedication to craftsmanship, innovation and design excellence has been the cornerstone of Jhalak Jewels' identity since 2013.

Jhalak Jewels Pvt. Ltd. began as a dream shared between two people who believed that natural diamond jewellery manufacturing in India deserved a higher standard of craft, integrity and partnership.
Founded in 2013 and proudly incorporated as Jhalak Jewels Pvt. Ltd., our journey began in the heart of Mumbai's jewellery corridor at Orlem, Malad West, Mumbai. What started as a boutique manufacturing unit has grown into one of Mumbai's most respected B2B diamond jewellery houses — serving 300+ retail partners, boutiques and exporters across India.
Over a decade we have built our reputation on three unshakeable pillars — natural diamonds only, four certification options and absolute reliability as a B2B manufacturing partner. Every ring, necklace, earring, bangle, pendant and bridal set that leaves our facility in 9K, 14K and 18K Rose, Yellow and White Gold is BIS hallmarked, certified by IGI, SGL, GIA or GII and crafted to exceed expectations.
